• The proposed positions will be responsible for: (a) providing technical ground support in handling UNAMA daily flights destined for the regional and provincial offices; (b) receiving passenger and cargo booking requests and preparing air transportation plans in consultation with Air Operations and Movement Control at headquarters in Kabul; (c) maintaining UNAMA terminals at regional airfields; (d) processing inbound and outbound UNAMA passengers and cargo; (e) assisting in arranging Jet-A1 fuel and refuelling services for UNAMA aircrafts; (f) providing security and meteorological reports to Air Operations Centre back in Kabul and prior to the scheduled departure of any aircraft out of Kabul; (g) assisting aircrew in local transportation; (h) processing hotel reservations as and when required; (i) assisting in obtaining prior permission required and security clearances and conducting risk assessment; and (j) making ground-to-air communication with aircrew on approach to provide ground clearance/green light for landing and other related tasks.
  وسيكون شاغلو الوظائف المقترحة مسؤولين عن: (أ) تقديم الدعم الأرضي التقني في إدارة الرحلات الجوية اليومية للبعثة المتجهة إلى المكاتب الإقليمية ومكاتب المقاطعات؛ (ب) استلام طلبات الحجز للمسافرين والبضائع وإعداد خطط النقل الجوي بالتشاور مع العمليات الجوية ومراقبة الحركة بالمقر في كابل؛ (ج) تسيير العمل بالمحطات التابعة للبعثة بالمطارات الإقليمية؛ (د) إكمال إجراءات الوصول والمغادرة لما يتعلق بالبعثة من مسافرين وبضائع؛ (هـ) المساعدة في توفير وقود الطائرات Jet-A1 وخدمات إعادة تزويد طائرات البعثة بالوقود؛ (و) تقديم التقارير الأمنية وتقارير الأحوال الجوية لمركز العمليات الجوية في كابل وقبل الموعد المحدد لإقلاع أي طائرة من كابل؛ (ز) مساعدة الأطقم الجوية في عمليات النقل المحلي؛ (ح) إكمال إجراءات الحجز بالفنادق حينما يكون مطلوبا؛ (ط) المساعدة في الحصول على الأذون المسبقة المطلوبة والتصاريح الأمنية وتقييم المخاطر؛ (ي) القيام باتصالات أرض - جو مع الأطقم الجوية بالطائرات المقتربة لتوفير تصريح الهبوط/إعطاء الضوء الأخضر بالهبوط والمهام الأخرى المرتبطة بذلك.
