The Board recommends that UNFPA: (a) develop a system to integrate the commitment control and general ledger modules in Atlas to allow for updated reports on third-party balances to be generated easily; and (b) implement processes to regularly reconcile, review and monitor fund code balances to ensure accuracy and completeness.
ويوصي المجلس بأن يقوم صندوق السكان بما يلي: (أ) وضع نظام لدمج وحدتي ”مراقبة الالتزامات“ و ”دفتر الأستاذ العام“ من نظام أطلس لكي يمكن تسهيل إعداد تقارير مستكملة عن أرصدة الأطراف الثالثة؛ (ب) القيام بانتظام بتنفيذ عمليات تؤدي إلى تسوية واستعراض ورصد أرصدة رموز الصناديق لكفالة دقتها واكتمالها.
