In this regard, while noting that a range of measures has been identified (reduction of the marginal tax and premium burden, working flexible hours and teleworking) in order to increase women's labour participation, please indicate the policy measures the Government has taken to protect the rights of women working part-time with respect to salary, pension and promotion.
وبهذا الخصوص، ومع ملاحظة تحديد مجموعة من التدابير (التقليل من عبء الضريبة الحدية والأقساط، والعمل حسب ساعات مرنة، والعمل من بُعد) تهدف إلى زيادة مشاركة المرأة في العمالة، ويُرجى بيان التدابير التي اتخذتها الحكومة في مجال السياسات لحماية حقوق المرأة العاملة بعض الوقت، فيما يتصل بالمرتب والمعاش التقاعدي والترقية.
