  وفي الوقت الذي تتنكر فيه إسرائيل للاتفاقيات التي وقعتها مع منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية وعدم تنفيذها لها، وخاصة الانسحاب من الأرض وتحقيق الولاية الفلسطينية عليها وإنشاء الممرات الآمنة بين الضفة وغزة، فإنها تخادع وتناور على صعيد قضايا الحل النهائي المتصلة بقضية اللاجئين والقدس والمستوطنات والحدود والسيادة والمياه، حيث تعلن أنها لا تريد العودة إلى حدود 4 حزيران/يونيه 1967، وتعمل على التوسع الإقليمي في الأراضي الفلسطينية، كما ترفض عودة اللاجئين إلى ديارهم وتعويضهم، وترفض مناقشة قضية السيادة على القدس الشرقية المحتلة عام 1967، وتريد ضم مستوطنات إلى سيادتهــا، وترفض تواصـلا جغرافيــا حدوديــا فلسطينيا عربيــا، وكـل ذلك مخالف لقرارات الشرعية الدولية، وخاصة القرارات 242 (1968) و 338 (1973) و 194 (د-3)، مما يتطلب ضغطا دوليا رسميا وشعبيا على إسرائيل لإجبارها على الانصياع لقرارات الشرعية الدولية من أجل حل متوازن وعادل وشامل للصراع الفلسطيني الإسرائيلي، والعربي الإسرائيلي.
