In any case, article 51 requires that the delivered goods consist of separable parts, e.g., some tons of cucumber, a shipment of tiles, textiles, larger quantities of stainless steel wire, scaffold fittings or even a complete automatic assembly line for batteries for which the contracted spare parts were missing.
وعلى أي حال، تتطلّب المادّة 51 بأنّ تتكوّن البضائع المسلّمة من أجزاء قابلة للفصل، مثل بعض أطنان الخيار، أو شحنة من البلاط، أو الأقمشة، أو كميّات كبيرة من أسلاك الفولاذ الذي لا يصدأ، أو تجهيزات السقالة، أو حتى خطّ تجميع تلقائيّ كامل للبطّاريّات تنقصه قطع الغيار المتعاقد عليها.
