• The Regulation establishes the list of works that pregnant women are not allowed to perform and of the works that women who are breastfeeding are not allowed to perform. Pursuant to the regulation a pregnant woman must not be obliged to work in hyperbaric atmosphere; in the case of a risk to be infected with rubella virus and toxoplasmosis, unless it is proved that the pregnant woman is protected against such agent by immunization; with lead and its toxic compounds; underground; at night, and with manual handling of loads.
  وتضع اللائحة قائمة بالأعمال التي تحظر على النساء الحوامل أداؤها والأعمال التي لا يسمح للمرضعات بأدائها، وعملا باللائحة لا تكون المرأة الحامل ملزمة بالعمل في بيئة ملوثة، مثلا في حالة وجود خطر الإصابة بفيروس الحصبة الألمانية، فإنه ما لم تكن المرأة الحامل محمية من الإصابة بهذا الفيروس عن طريق التحصين؛ أو في مناولة الرصاص ومركباته السامة؛ أو تحت سطح الأرض؛ أو في الليل مع المناولة اليدوية للأعمال.
