As the Commonwealth of Dominica and other small States embark on the difficult road of raising the living standards of their citizens, we find the task made much more difficult by the negative impact of the twin forces of liberalization and globalization.
وبينما يدخل كومنولث دومينيكا وغيره من الدول الصغيرة في الطريق الصعب الذي هو طريق رفع مستويات المعيشة لمواطنيها، نجد أن هذه المهمة زادت صعوبتها كثيرا من جراء التأثير السلبي لقوتين توأمتين هما التحرير والعولمة.
