Indeed, Palestinians continue to be killed almost daily, extrajudicial killings continue to be carried out, Palestinians continue to be abducted and detained, severe restrictions on movement, curfews and siege continue to be imposed and the destruction of public and private property, including homes, agricultural lands, fruit trees, water networks and electricity networks, also continues on a daily basis.
والواقع أن الفلسطينيين لا يزالون يتعرضون للقتل اليومي تقريباً، وللإعدام خارج إطار القانون، ويشهد كل يوم أيضاً استمرار الخطف والاحتجاز، والقيود الشديدة المفروضة على الحركة، ومنع التجول والحصار، وتدمير الممتلكات العامة والخاصة، بما فيها المنازل والأراضي الزراعية والأشجار المثمرة وشبكات المياه وشبكات الكهرباء.

Acts, assaults and crimes at the hands of the Israeli occupation forces and Israeli armed settlers, such as acts of deliberate killing, extrajudicial execution, liquidations and assassinations, severe beating, causing deliberate wounds and injuries, using tanks, escorted by military bulldozers and backed up by Apache aircraft, to raid, invade and reoccupy Palestinian areas, shelling densely populated neighbourhoods, causing severe damage to home, private and public institutions, terrifying residents, opening machine-gun fire at people deliberately and indiscriminately, declaring Palestinian-controlled areas closed military zones under constant siege and systematic curfew, carrying out house-to-house raids with sniffer dogs, carrying out wide-ranging detention campaigns amongst Palestinian civilian populations. destroying the main electricity transformer, leaving towns in total darkness, destroying water networks, uprooting trees, confiscating lands, stealing Palestinian shops, expropriating Palestinian-owned houses to turn them into military outposts, attacking mosques, desecrating holy places and blowing them up, demolishing homes, leaving many Palestinian families homeless; are all acts the Palestinian people continue to endure on a daily basis, in total violation of the provisions of human rights, the principles of international law, international humanitarian law and the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War.
ومن الأفعال التي لا يزال الشعب الفلسطيني يعاني منها يومياً والتي تشكل انتهاكاً تاماً لحقوق الإنسان، ومبادئ القانون الدولي، والقانون الإنساني الدولي، واتفاقية جنيف بشأن حماية الأشخاص المدنيين في وقت الحرب ما يلي: الأعمال والاعتداءات والجرائم التي ترتكبها قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلية والمستوطنون الإسرائيليون المسلحون مثل القتل العمد، والإعدام خارج إطار القانون، والتصفية والاغتيال، والضرب المبرح والإصابة عمداً بجروح وأذى، مستخدمة الدبابات، ترافقها الجرافات العسكرية وتدعمها مروحيات الأباتشي في الإغارة على المناطق الفلسطينية وغزوها وإعادة احتلالها، وقصف الأحياء المكتظة بالسكان مما يلحق أضراراً جسيمة بالمنازل والمؤسسات الخاصة والعامة، ويرعب السكان، وفتح القوات الإسرائيلية نيران الرشاشات على الناس عمداً ودون تمييز، وإعلان مناطق تحت السيطرة الفلسطينية مناطق عسكرية مغلقة تخضع للحصار المستمر ومنع التجول المنتظم، ومداهمة المنازل منزلاً منزلاً مستخدمة كلاباً بوليسية، وشن حملات احتجاز واسعة في صفوف السكان المدنيين الفلسطينيين، وتدمير المحولات الكهربائية الرئيسية تاركة المدن في ظلمة دامسة، وتدمير شبكات المياه، واقتلاع الأشجار، ومصادرة الأراضي، وسرقة المحلات الفلسطينية، والسيطرة على مساكن يملكها فلسطينيون وتحويلها إلى نقاط عسكرية، ومهاجمة المساجد، وتدنيس الأماكن المقدسة ونسفها، وهدم المنازل، تاركة الكثير من الأسر الفلسطينية بلا مأوى.
