وتعدَّل بداية الفقرة كما يلي: "لا تخضع لهذه اللائحة بقع الدم الجافة، التي تُجمع بوضع نقطة دم على مادة ماصة، أو اختبارات فحص الدم في البراز، والدم أو مكونات الدم".
