• The Nuclear Energy and Advanced Technologies Agency was unable to purchase two Farmer-type waterproof sleeves for the Secondary Dosimetry Calibration Laboratory (LSCD) of the Centre for Radiation Protection and Hygiene (CPHR), which uses them for the calibration of dosimetric systems used in quality control on external photon and electron beams for the treatment of cancer patients in the Cuban national health system.
