(أ) مواصلة رصد المدة الزمنية للسلف وما يتصل بها من فوائد باستخدام آلياته الحالية، مستفيدا من استعراض وتحليل نفقات المشاريع مقابل السلف والفوائد الواردة في تقارير الاستخدام المالي؛
