UNICEF will support the development of capacities in the health and nutrition sectors through a mix of context-specific approaches such as: (a) the development and adaptation of training materials based on international benchmarks; (b) in-service training; (c) formative supervision using problem-solving techniques; (d) mentoring/coaching/tutoring programmes; (e) exchange programmes between high- and low-performing districts and regions; and (f) performance-based incentives.
وستدعم اليونيسيف تنمية القدرات في قطاعي الصحة والتغذية من خلال مزيج من النهج المحددة السياق مثل: (أ) وضع وتكييف مواد تدريبية على أساس معايير قياسية دولية؛ (ب) التدريب أثناء الخدمة؛ و(ج) الإشراف التأهيلي باستخدام مهارات حل المشاكل؛ و(د) برامج الإرشاد/التدريب/التوجيه التعليمي؛ و(هـ) برامج التبادل بين المقاطعات والمناطق ذات المستوى المرتفع في الأداء والمقاطعات والمناطق ذات المستوى المنخفض في الأداء؛ و (و) تقديم حوافز على أساس الأداء.
