• Illicit transportation of goods in huge quantities, cultural or other valuable goods, as well as arms, weapons, narcotics, virulent, poisonous, radioactive, explosive materials and devices regardless their quantity across the customs border of the Republic of Armenia without customs control or concealing the above mentioned materials, or with the fraudulent use of customs and other documents shall be considered smuggling.

• There are also legal measures to combat drug trafficking, which may be used for the financing of terrorism. The penalties for drug trafficking have their basis in Act No. 88-686 of 22 August 1986 on prevention of the illegal use of and trafficking in drugs, narcotics, psychotropic substances and poisons.
  وهناك أيضا تدابير قانونية لمكافحة الاتجار بالمخدرات الذي قد يمول الإرهاب وتستند مكافحة الاتجار بالمخدرات إلى القانون رقم 88-686 الصادر في 22/8/86 الذي يعاقب استعمال المخدرات أو الاتجار بها والاستعمال غير المشروع للعقاقير المخدرة والمؤثرات العقلية والمواد السامة.
• For a person who commits smuggling, where committed by an organised group, or who commits smuggling of narcotic, psychotropic, powerfully acting, poisonous or radioactive substances, goods or other valuable property of strategic significance, explosive substances, firearms, ammunition, gas pistols (revolvers) or cartridges for such, gas cylinders filled with noxious substances or special devices containing toxic or powerfully acting substances,
  (3) أي شخص يقوم بتهريب شيء عن طريق جماعة منظمة، أو أي شخص يقوم بتهريب مواد أو سلع مخدرة أو لها تأثيرها النفسي أو شديدة ا لمفعول أو سامة أو مشعة، أو أشياء أخرى ثمينة ذات أهمية استراتيجية، أو مواد متفجرة، أو أسلحة نارية، أو ذخائر، أو مسدسات غاز أو طلقات لهذه المسدسات، أو اسطوانات غاز معبأة بمواد ضارة، أو أجهزة خاصة تحتوي على مواد سامة أو شديدة المفعول، يحكم عليه بحرمانه من حريته لمدة لا تتجاوز عشرة سنوات، مع مصادرة ممتلكاته.
• Art. 199, p. 2 of the Criminal Code states that any person who carries firearms, ammunition, explosives, explosive or radioactive substances, or other strategic, goods or poisonous, controlled, narcotic or psychotropic substances or precursors of narcotic or psychotropic substances across the state border of the Republic of Lithuania without declaring them at customs or by evading customs inspection in some other way, or without a permit, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of 3 to 10 years.
  • تنص الفقرة 2 من المادة 199 من القانون الجنائي على أن أي شخص يحمل أسلحة نارية أو ذخيرة أو متفجرات أو مواد متفجرة أو مشعة، أو سلع استراتيجية أخرى أو مواد سُمية أو خاضعة للمراقبة أو مخدرة أو مؤثرات عقلية أو سلائف لمواد مخدرة أو مؤثرات عقلية عبر حدود جمهورية ليتوانيا دون التصريح بها للجمارك أو بالتهرب من التفتيش الجمركي بطريقة أخرى، أو دون رخصة، يعاقب بالسجن لمدة تتراوح بين 3 و 10 سنوات.
• The transport across the customs border of the Republic of Belarus of narcotic drugs; psychotropic, virulent, poisonous, toxic, radioactive or explosive substances; weapons; explosive devices; firearms or ammunition; nuclear, chemical, biological or other types of weapons of mass destruction; or materials and equipment which may be used to create weapons of mass destruction, which is carried out in avoidance of or in concealment from customs control or with the fraudulent use of documents or means of identification, or is accompanied by non-declaration or a deliberately false declaration shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of three to seven years, with or without confiscation of property.
  يعاقب بالسجن مدة تتراوح بين ثلاث سنوات وسبع سنوات، مع مصادرة الممتلكات أو بدون مصادرة، على نقل المواد المخدرة أو الكحولية أو المؤثرات العقلية أو المواد السامة أو التكسينية أو المشعة، أو المواد والأجهزة المتفجرة، وأنظمة التسليح، والأسلحة النارية وذخائرها، أو الأسلحة الذرية والكيميائية والبيولوجية وغير ذلك من أسلحة الدمار الشامل، أو المواد والمعدات التي يمكن استخدامها في تصنيع أسلحة الدمار الشامل، عبر الحدود الجمركية لجمهورية بيلاروس، إذا جرى نقلها بدون مرورها على الرقابة الجمركية أو بإخفائها عن الرقابة، أو باستخدام وثائق أو تقديم معلومات مغشوشة، أو بدون الإعلان عنها، أو مع الإعلان عنها بصورة غير صحيحة.
