  الإجراء رقم 30: زيادة القدرات الوطنية في مجال إعادة التأهيل البدني، لضمان فعالية توفير خدمات إعادة التأهيل البدني التي يتوقف عليها الشفاء التام لضحايا الألغام البرية وإعادة إدماجهم: وذلك بوضع ومتابعة تحقيق الأهداف الخاصة بوضع خطة متعددة القطاعات لإعادة التأهيل؛ وتوفير إمكانية حصول المجتمعات المحلية المتأثرة بالألغام على الخدمات؛ وزيادة عدد الأخصائيين المدرَّبين في مجال إعادة التأهيل الذين يحتاج إليهم ضحايا الألغام وضحايا الإصابات الأخرى المسببة للصدمات بصورة ماسة؛ وإشراك كافة الجهات الفاعلة ذات الصلة لضمان التنسيق الفعال في مجال تحسين نوعية الرعاية وزيادة أعداد الأشخاص الذين تقدَّم إليهم المساعدة؛ وزيادة تشجيع المنظمات المتخصصة على وضع مبادئ توجيهية لتنفيذ برامج الأطراف الصناعية وعلاج العظام.
