Direct reference to the Convention was made by the Constitutional Tribunal in its ruling of 13th June 2000 (marked K.15/99), which ascertained that one provision of the law on Pharmaceuticals, medical materials, pharmacies, wholesalers and the Pharmaceutical Inspection was incompatible with both the Constitution and the Convention (the ruling is discussed in the report on article 11 of the Convention).
