(a) The Act on Patient Insurance, No. 111/2000 ensures the right of patients to compensation under certain conditions stemming from damage connected with research or caused by treatment in hospitals, primary health-care centres or other health institutions, by self-employed health workers and in-patient transport;
(أ) يضمن القانون رقم 111/2000 الخاص بتأمينات المرض حق المرضى في الحصول على تعويض بشروط معينة متصلة بما يلحق بهم من ضرر نتيجة بحوث أو علاج في مستشفى أو في مركز للرعاية الصحية الأولية أو في أي مؤسسة صحية أخرى ونتيجة ما يفعله مشرفون صحيون عاملون لحسابهم أو نتيجة ما يصيب المريض أثناء نقله؛

Under the Act, the patient is compensated for part of the costs of dental care provided by a private dentist, with the exception of the costs of denture and other mechanic care as well as correction of irregularities of the teeth.
ووفقاً لهذا القانون، يعوّض المريض عن جزء من تكاليف رعاية الأسنان التي قدمها طبيب أسنان خاص، باستثناء تكاليف تركيب أسنان اصطناعية وغير ذلك من الرعاية الآلية فضلاً عن تقويم اعوجاج الأسنان.

In Hungary's initial response, it had informed the Committee that the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour had asked the Public Foundation for the Rights of Patients to advise what compensation would be considered adequate, given the Committee's recommendation that compensation should be paid commensurate with the gravity of the violation of the rights of Ms. S., namely permanent deprivation of her natural reproductive capacity.
