It was added that it would negatively affect the interests of creditors of the solvent group member. It was also pointed out that membership of a corporate group of which some members were insolvent was not a sufficient basis for such relief to be ordered with respect to a solvent member of the same group and that the availability of such relief would negatively affect access to credit for solvent members of a corporate group and would also raise issues of unfair competition.
