• Type of work - Employment of a child employee under 18 years of age for any of the following work is prohibited (1) metal smelting, blowing, casting or rolling; (2) metal pressing; (3) work involving heat, cold, noise and light of an abnormal level which may be hazardous; (4) work involving hazardous chemical substances; (5) work involving poisonous microorganisms as prescribed in the Ministerial Regulations; (6) work involving poisonous substances, explosive or inflammable material, other than work in a fuel service station; (7) driving or controlling a forklift or a crane; (8) work using an electric or motorsaw; (9) work that must be done underground, underwater, in a cave, tunnel, or mountain shaft; (10) work involving or in contact with radioactivity; (11) cleaning of machinery or engines while in operation; (11) work which must be done on scaffolding 10 metres or more above the ground; and (12) other works as prescribed in the Ministerial Regulations.
  نوع العمل: يحظر استخدام أي طفل عامل دون الثامنة عشرة في أي من مجالات العمل التالية: (1) صهر الحديد ودقّه وصبه ودرفلته؛ (2) كبس الحديد؛ (3) الأعمال التي يتعرض فيها الشخص لدرجة من الحرارة والبرد والضجيج والضوء تفوق الحد ويمكن أن تشكل خطرا عليه؛ (4) الأعمال التي يكون فيها الشخص معرضا لمواد كيميائية خطرة؛ (5) الأعمال التي يكون فيها الشخص معرضا لكائنات مجهرية سامَّة على النحو الوارد في اللوائح القانونية الوزارية؛ (6) الأعمال التي يكون فيها الشخص معرضا لمواد سامَّة أو متفجرة أو قابلة للاشتعال، باستثناء العمل في محطة بنزين؛ (7) سياقة عربة بمرفاع شوكي أو شاحنة ذات مرفاع أو التحكم بهما؛ (8) الأعمال التي يُستخدم فيها جهاز إلكتروني أو محرك؛ (9) الأعمال التي يُضطلع بها تحت سطح الأرض أو في عمق المياه أو في كهف أو نفق أو فوهة جبل؛ (10) الأعمال التي تستخدم فيها مواد مشعة أو يتعرض فيها الشخص لمواد مشعة؛ (11) تنظيف المكفات أو المحركات وهي تعمل؛ (12) الأعمال التي يُضطلع بها على السقالات التي يصل ارتفاعها إلى 10 أمتار أو أكثر فوق سطح الأرض؛ (13) الأعمال الأخرى الواردة في اللوائح القانونية الوزارية.
