وجدير بالإيضاح أن المهاجرين الضعفاء، بمن فيهم القاصرون غير المرافقين، وذوو الإعاقة، وكبار السن، والأسر التي تضم أطفالاً صغاراً، والحوامل، والمرضعات، لا يحتجزون.
