The monitoring programmes include the Acid Deposition Monitoring Network in East Asia, supported by the Government of Japan, the Regional Acidification Information and Simulations-Asia Programme, launched by the International Institute of Applied Systems Analysis, and the Programme to Address ASEAN (Association of South-East Asian Nations) Regional Transboundary Smoke and Haze in South-East Asia, initiated by the WMO and the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP).
وتشمل برامج الرصد شبكة رصد ترسب الأحماض في شرق آسيا الذي تدعمه حكومة اليابان، والبرنامج الإقليمي للمعلومات وعمليات المحاكات المتعلقة بظاهرة التحمض- برنامج آسيا الذي تولى تنفيذه المعهد الدولي لنظم التحليل التطبيقي، والبرنامج الرامي إلى معالجة المشكلة الإقليمية لانتقال الدخان والسديم عبر الحدود في جنوب شرقي آسيا الذي نفذته المنظمة الدولية للأرصاد الجوية وبرنامج الأمم المتحدة للبيئة.
