No marriage other than a marriage in articulo mortis shall be solemnized except under the authority of a registrar's certificate for marriage or of a licence granted by the Island court.
ولا يجوز إتمام مراسم أي زواج إلا بموجب شهادة الزواج التي يصدرها المسجل أو ترخيص بالزواج صادر عن محكمة الجزيرة، إلا إذا كان أحد العروسين في حالة نزاع.
