  (د) صندوق خاص يُعنى بتغيّر المناخ يكون مكمِّلاً للتمويل المقدم من مرفق البيئة العالمية والتمويل الثنائي والمتعدد الأطراف، لدعم الأعمال الجارية لحفظ الأحراج والجهود الرامية إلى تعزيز مخزونات الأحراج من الكربون، مع استخدام وحدات خفض الانبعاثات المعتمدة التي تنشأ عن أنشطة المشاريع، وإشراك القطاعين الخاص والعام للمساهمة في الوفاء بجزء من التزامات البلدان بالحد من الانبعاثات وخفضها كميّاً بموجب الاتفاقية.
