At some urban sites with high exposure, measured concentrations of SCCPs were within the range of concentrations causing effects: concentrations in carp from Hamilton Harbour and in yellow perch from the Detroit River were similar to those associated in the laboratory with histopathological effects in juvenile rainbow trout.
