This provision should be set against the same background as article 5 of Law 628/1961, according to which the Provincial Labour Directorate is entrusted with the task of regulating the activity of assistance and supervision exercised by INAIL, in order to avoid multiple checks and differences in the handling of cases.
وينبغي مقارنة هذا الإجراء بالمادة 5 من القانون 628/1961 التي بموجبها تناط بمديرية العمل المحلية مهمة تنظيم أنشطة المؤسسة الوطنية للتأمين من الحوادث خلال العمل في مجالي المساعدة والإشراف بغية تجنب عمليات المراقبة المتعددة والاختلافات في تناول الحالات.
