The Advisory Committee recommends acceptance of the proposal to convert three positions (1 P-5, 1 P-4 and 1 P-3) from general temporary assistance to established posts, to provide for the integration of the subregional Centre for Human Rights and Democracy in Central Africa into the regular budget, and two P-3 positions to established posts in the Activities and Programmes Branch (A/58/6 (Sect. 24), paras. 24.8 (b) and 24.53).
وتوصي اللجنة الاستشارية بقبول اقتراح تحويل ثلاث وظائف (وظيفة واحدة من كل من الرتب ف-5 و ف-4 و ف-3) من المساعدة المؤقتة العامة إلى وظائف دائمة، للسماح باندماج المركز دون الإقليمي لحقوق الإنسان والديمقراطية في أفريقيا الوسطى في الميزانية العادية، وعلى تحويل وظيفتين من الرتبة ف-3 إلى وظيفتين دائمتين في فرع الأنشطة والبرامج ((A/58/6 (Sect.24، الفقرتان 24-8 (ب) و 24-53).
