Iran proposes to measure mitochondrial respiratory chain enzyme activity in the platelets of non-smokers in the western provinces of Iran who are known to have been affected by pollutants from the oil fires, and compare the results with those found in the platelets of non-smoking relatives in unaffected areas.
وتعتزم إيران قياس نشاط أنزيمات سلسلة التنفس المتقدِّرية في صفيحات غير المدخنين في المقاطعات الغربية من إيران الذين من المعروف أنهم تضرروا بالملوثات الناجمة عن حرائق النفط، ومقارنة النتائج مع النتائج المتوصل إليها في صفيحات أقارب غير المدخنين في المناطق غير المتضررة بهذه الملوثات.
