Although the flow of food commodities from the central warehouses to the northern governorates has proceeded smoothly, the distribution efficiency and adequacy of the food basket for the end-users has been affected by the shortage of some commodities, and the objections sometimes raised by the local authorities with regard to the quality of certain items.
