UNDP continues to advance the implementation of its workplace programme, `We Care', and is stepping up efforts to comply with the United Nations personnel policy on HIV/AIDS and the ILO code of practice on HIV/AIDS and the world of work by the end of UNDP will ensure that all staff have access to voluntary counseling and testing; adequate care and treatment (including anti-retroviral drugs); prevention services through information, education and training; and will also ensure the protection of the rights of those affected by or living with HIV/AIDS
