Together with Brazil, Egypt, Ireland, New Zealand, Sweden and South Africa — members of the New Agenda Coalition — and with the backing of the vast majority of United Nations Member States, we shall continue to systematically reject the delusion that nuclear weapons can be stored without their ever being used, by accident or deliberately, and we will continue to press the point that the only acceptable guarantee against such eventualities lies in their total elimination.
