Any person seeking to address any United Nations meeting or forum on behalf of the International Association of Democratic Lawyers, other than duly credentialled representatives of the Association to the United Nations in New York, Geneva, Paris and Vienna or Bureau members, must request and receive approval for such participation from the President or Secretary-General of the Association; or, if time does not permit that process, applicants must obtain written authorization to attend or speak at any meeting on behalf of the Association from any officer or member of the Bureau of the Association.
على كل شخص يسعى إلى مخاطبة أي اجتماع من اجتماعات الأمم المتحدة أو منتدياتها باسم الرابطة الدولية للمحامين الديمقراطيين، بخلاف ممثلي الرابطة المعتمدين حسب الأصول في كل من نيويورك وجنيف وباريس وفيينا أو أعضاء المكتب، أن يطلب الحصول على الموافقة على هذا الاشتراك من الرئيس أو الأمين العام للرابطة أو إذا لم يكن الوقت كافيا لهذه العملية، على مقدم الطلب أن يحصل على إذن خطي بالحضور والحديث في أي اجتماع باسم الرابطة وذلك من أي موظف أو عضو في مكتب الرابطة.
