Editing and other editorial functions will be strengthened in order to eliminate bottlenecks in the production of final edited texts. The editorial outreach project will be implemented to improve the quality of manuscripts submitted by author departments.
  2-77 تقع المسؤولية عن هذه البرنامج الفرعي على عاتق أقسام الترجمة التحريرية وتجهيز النصوص، ووحدة مراقبة التحرير، ووحدة الدعم اللغوي وسينصب الاهتمام في فترة السنتين 2008-2009 على الارتقاء بالجودة وتعزيز الفعالية من حيث التكاليف من خلال مواصلة إدماج أدوات تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تدفق العمل في مجالات التحرير، وإعداد المراجع، والدعم المتعلق بالمصطلحات، والترجمة التحريرية وسيوجه تدفق العمل والهيكل التنظيمي لمهام تجهيز الوثائق نحو الارتقاء بقدرة الدوائر اللغوية، بشراكة استراتيجية مع وظيفة تكنولوجيا المعلومات، تمكينا لدائرة إدارة المؤتمرات من مواكبة زيادة تجهيز الأعمال خارجيا وكخطوة رئيسية على درب تجديد أدوات عمل سلسلة تجهيز الوثائق بأكملها عن طريق الاعتماد المكثف على الحلول التي تتيحها تكنولوجيا المعلومات، سيقدم تدريب متعدد المهام والتخصصات إلى الموظفين الذين يضطلعون بوظائف من قبيل التحرير والترجمة الإنكليزية والنشر المكتبي وإعداد المراجع ومراجعة التجارب الطباعية وإعداد النسخ وستعزز وظائف التحرير العادي وسواها من أنماط التحرير بغرض القضاء على حالات الاختناق في إنتاج النصوص النهائية المحررة.
