The pamphlets are to be placed in the following locations: social services departments, centers for the prevention of domestic violence, police stations, courts, hospitals' emergency rooms, offices of the Department for Investigation of Police Officers, criminal secretariat of the state attorney, the district attorney's general offices, Magen David Adom (an Israeli first aid organization, parallel to the Red Cross), the Ministry of Social Affairs counseling bureaus and the legal aid bureaus.

The 2001 Amendment no. 7 to the same law established a duty upon certain professionals detailed below, to inform a person treated or advised professionally, reasonably thought to be the victim of a violent or sexual offence committed by her current or previous spouse, of her options - turning to the police, social service department or centers for the treatment and prevention of domestic violence.
والتعديل رقم 7 لعام 2001، الذي يتعلق بنفس القانون، يفرض على بعض العاملين، الواردين أدناه على نحو مفصل، أن يُبلغوا الشخص موضع المعاملة أو المشورة المهنية، والذي يُعتقد بصورة معقولة أنه ضحية لجريمة عنيفة أو جنسية من ارتكاب الزوج الحالي أو السابق، بالخيارات المتاحة أمامه، من قبيل الالتجاء إلى الشرطة أو إلى إدارة أو مركز الخدمة الاجتماعية، وذلك بهدف المعالجة ومنع العنف العائلي.
