Partial disability is deemed to occur if the incapacity allows the insured person to earn more than 30% but less than 60% of that normal salary, provided that the loss of capacity originates in disorders of the nervous system (including the sensory organs), or the circulatory, broncho-pulmonary or myo-osteo-articular systems.
