  (ج) مشروع “Sprut-MBI”: يهدف هذا المشروع إلى تحديد أحجام السوائل داخل الخلايا وفيما بينها، والحجم الإجمالي للدم في الدورة، ونسبة الخلايا مقارنة بمكوّنات الدم السائلة في جسم الإنسان عند انعدام الوزن؛

  وتعدَّل بداية الفقرة كما يلي: "لا تخضع لهذه اللائحة بقع الدم الجافة، التي تُجمع بوضع نقطة دم على مادة ماصة، أو اختبارات فحص الدم في البراز، والدم أو مكونات الدم".

  3-2-4 لا يخضع لهذه اللائحة الدم أو منتجات الدم التي يتم جمعها بغية نقله أو لتحضير منتجات الدم التي تستخدم في نقل الدم أو الازدراع أو أي أنسجة أو أجهزة عضوية من المزمع استخدامها في عمليات الازدراع.
