Developing five case studies of successful collaborative activities in building resilience which could be replicated in other SIDS regions or in dealing with other sustainable development challenges facing Caribbean SIDS; Identifying five key or axial areas in which collaborative arrangements could be strengthened or developed to help Caribbean SIDS meet some of the major challenges to their sustainable development.
