The Act allows the prisoner to engage freely in religious observance and provides every prison and detention centre with an Islamic almoner to dispense spiritual guidance, as well as a sociologist, a psychologist and facilities for education, culture and recreation.
وكفلت النظم للمسجون ممارسة شعائره الدينية بكل يسر وكلفت لكل سجن أو دار للتوقيف داعياً إسلامياً لهداية النفوس وحثها إلى الفضيلة، وأخصائياً نفسياً وأخصائياً اجتماعياً، وأمنت وسائل التعليم والتثقيف والترفيه داخل السجون.

Israeli military orders confirmed the confiscation of 1,328 dunums in occupied East Jerusalem, reportedly for the expansion of the Almon settlement near Ma'ale Adumim, which bisects the West Bank.
وأكدت الأوامر العسكرية الإسرائيلية مصادرة 328 1 دونما في القدس الشرقية المحتلة، وأفادت التقارير أن ذلك قد حدث بالتوسع في مستوطنة آلمون بالقرب من معالي أدوميم، التي تقسم الضفة الغربية.

وقد كفلت المواد من 72 إلى 85 للمسجونين، ومن بينهم الأحداث، الحق بأن يكون لهم مسجد أو مكان مناسب لأداء الصلوات وأن تعقد ندوات دينية ومحاضرات لهم وأن يكون لكل منشأة عقابية واعظ ديني وأخصائي اجتماعي وأخصائي نفسي ويسمح أيضاً للراغب في الدراسة بالتسجيل لدى وزارة التربية والتعليم وإحضار الكتب المخصصة له ويسمح له بأداء الامتحان وكل ما من شأنه أن يساعده على العلم والتحصيل وفق الضوابط المقررة.
