In connection with the start-up kits, the Advisory Committee recalls that, in its report on the financing of UNLB of 10 April 2000 (A/54/841/Add.8, paras. 19 and 20), it had indicated that the role and function of UNLB would be subject to a review, along with the concept, make-up and financing of the mission start-up kits, and that the results and changes proposed would be reflected in the context of the budget proposal for 2001-2002.
وفيما يتصل بمجموعتَـي بدء البعثات، تشير اللجنة الاستشارية إلى أنها أوضحت، في تقريرها عن تمويل قاعدة الأمم المتحدة للنقل والإمداد في برينديزي المؤرخ 10 نيسان/أبريل 2000 (A/54/841/Add.8، الفقرتان 19 و 20)، أن دور القاعدة ومهمتها سيخضعان للاستعراض، وكذلك مفهوم مجموعات بدء البعثات وتكوينها وتمويلها، وسترد النتائج والتغييرات المقترحة في سياق الميزانية المقترحة للفترة 2001-2002.
