Active participation by domestic and external business circles in transit and transport projects in landlocked developing countries would also greatly contribute to the effective implementation of the Programme, and the Sixth Annual Ministerial Meeting of Landlocked Developing Countries, held in New York in September 2005, had proposed the convening of a business forum to that end in 2006.
ومن شأن المشاركة الفعالة لدوائر الأعمال التجارية المحلية والأجنبية في مشاريع المرور العابر والنقل في البلدان النامية غير الساحلية أن تسهم أيضا إسهاما كبيرا في التنفيذ الفعال للبرنامج، وقد جرى الاقتراح في المؤتمر الوزاري السنوي السادس للبلدان النامية غير الساحلية الذي عقد في نيويورك في أيلول/سبتمبر 2005 بعقد منتدى للأعمال التجارية في عام 2006 لتحقيق هذا الهدف.
