The mission of the Intellectual Property Office of the National Registration Council is to protect intellectual property rights by maintaining, in accordance with national and international legislation, a register of patents, trade marks and other distinguishing marks, a register of deeds and contracts concerning authorship and related rights, and a depositary of artistic and literary works.
وتتمثل مهمة مكتب الملكية الفكرية التابع للمجلس الوطني للتسجيل، في حماية حقوق الملكية الفكرية بالحفاظ على سجل لبراءات الاختراع والعلامات التجارية وغيرها من علامات التميز، وسجل للسندات والعقود الخاصة بنسبة المصنف إلى مؤلفه وما يتصل بها من حقوق، وجهة وديعة للأعمال الفنية والأدبية.
This undertaking shall apply to all inscriptions placed on packagings, invoices, consignment notes and commercial documents or used in advertising, and to trade marks, registered names and illustrations connected with the international marketing of olive oils, olive-pomace oils and table olives, in so far as such inscriptions might constitute false statements or give rise to confusion as to the origin, source or quality of the olive oils, olive-pomace oils or table olives concerned.
وينطبق هذا الالتزام على كافة العبارات المكتوبة على الأغلفة والفواتير وسندات الشحن والمستندات التجارية، أو العبارات المستخدمة في الدعاية والعلامات التجارية والأسماء المسجلة والرسومات المتعلقة بالتسويق الدولي لزيوت الزيتون وزيوت ثفل الزيتون وزيتون المائدة، حيث إن هذه العبارات قد تشكل تصريحات كاذبة أو أن تفسح مجالا للبس فيما يتعلق بمنشأ زيوت الزيتون وزيوت ثفل الزيتون وزيتون المائدة أو بمصدرها أو نوعيتها.
