Discussion of the various points of view, mainly by representatives of the State, civil society and the private sector within the 18 expanded groups, led to a better understanding of the obstacles to progress, shed light on basic issues and suggested new approaches for solving them.
وبفضل تبادل وجهات النظر، لا سيما بين ممثلي الدولة والمجتمع المدني والقطاع الخاص في إطار أفرقة البحث والتفكير الموسعة البالغ عددها 18 فريقا، أمكن فهم العقبات التي تحول دون إحراز قدر أكبر من التقدم وإبراز المشاكل الرئيسية واستنباط سبل جديدة لإيجاد حلول لها.
