Following the filing of contempt proceedings against the Government, on 27 June 2005 the Ministry of Home Affairs issued a circular conveying a ministerial-level decision of the Government that court orders are to be respected and that persons released are not to be immediately rearrested.
وفي أعقاب تقديم دعوى بانتهاك حرمة المحكمة ضد الحكومة، أصدرت وزارة الداخلية في 27 حزيران/ يونيه 2005 تعميما يحيل قرارا وزاريا صادرا عن الحكومة يدعو إلى وجوب احترام أوامر المحاكم وإلى عدم القيام على الفور بإعادة اعتقال المفرج عنهم.
