  كانت فعاليات فرق التفتيش التابعة للجنة الأمم المتحدة للرصد والتفتيش (أنموفيك) والوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية يوم الاثنين 9 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2002 كما يلي:
• The team, comprised of 15 inspectors and headed by Mr. William Jolley, arrived at 9.50 a.m. at the site of the Al-Tareq Public Company, a pesticide plant, located in the Fallujah area 70 kilometres west of Baghdad.
  وصل الفريق في الساعة 50/9 إلى موقع مصنع المبيدات التابع لشركة الطارق العامة الواقع في منطقة الفلوجة على بعد 70 كم غرب بغداد.
• The group was led by Mr. William Jolley. It left the Canal Hotel at 8.40 a.m. and arrived at Dhu-l-Fiqar factory, which belongs to the Al-Rashid public company, at 9.25 a.m.
  كانت المجموعة برئاسة (جولي وليام) وتحركت من فندق القناة في الساعة 40/8 ووصلت إلى مصنع ذو الفقار التابع لشركة الرشيد العامة في الساعة25/9.
• The team, which included 15 inspectors and was headed by Mr. William Jolley, arrived at the Al-Quds General Company, a research company established in September 2002 which belongs to the Military Industrialization Commission and specializes in mechanical design activities.
  وصل الفريق إلى موقع شركة القدس العامة التابعة لهيئة التصنيع العسكري، وهي شركة بحثية متخصصة في نشاط التصاميم الميكانيكية أسست في أيلول/سبتمبر 2002.
• The group, consisting of nine inspectors led by Mr. William Jolley, left the Canal Hotel at 0830 hours. At 0920 hours it arrived at the oxidizer production plant belonging to the Raya Centre, one of the Ministry of Industry and Mining's enterprises. This site is mentioned in Iraq's last biannual declaration.
  المجموعة الأولى: تحركت في الساعة 40/8 من فندق القناة متكونة من تسعة مفتشين برئاسة وليام جولـي ووصلت في الساعة 20/9 إلى موقع إنتاج المؤكسـد التابع لمركز الراية أحد تشكيلات وزارة الصناعة والمعادن.
• An UNMOVIC team comprising 15 inspectors and led by Mr. William Jolley set out from its base at the Canal Hotel in Baghdad at 8.30 a.m. At 8.45 a.m. it arrived at the premises of the Karamah enterprise, which belongs to the Military Industrial Commission (MIC) and is located in Baghdad city.
  ثانيا: انطلق فريق لجنة (الانموفيك) من مقره في فندق القناة ببغداد الساعة 30/8 وضم (15) مفتشا برئاسة السيد (وليم جولي) ووصل في الساعة 45/8 إلى شركة الكرامة التابعة لهيئة التصنيع العسكري والواقعة في مدينة بغداد.
• The team, which included 15 inspectors and was headed by Mr. William Jolley, set out for the Fatah Company, which belongs to the Karamah State Establishment located in the Tajiyat area, 10 kilometres north of Baghdad. The inspection team arrived at the factory at 9.15 a.m. and split up into two groups:
  وتوجه الفريق إلى مصنع الفتح التابع لشركة الكرامة العامة والواقع في منطقة التاجيات 10 كم شمال بغداد ووصل إلى المصنع في الساعة 15/9، وانقسم الفريق إلى مجموعتين:
• Group I, comprised of 14 inspectors headed by Mr. William Jolley, set out from the Canal Hotel in Baghdad at 8.45 a.m. and proceeded to the Al-Sumud Factory, belonging to the Al-Karama State Establishment, specializing in mechanical engineering. The IAEA inspection team had visited there previously, on 10 December. On arriving at the factory, the Group met with its director.
