Article 66 of the Organic Law on Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances provides that movable and immovable property, assets, vehicles, ships or aircraft, apparatus, equipment, instruments and other articles which may have been used in the commission of the crimes described in the Law, including money-laundering, shall in all cases be confiscated and, pursuant to a final judgement of conviction, shall be handed over to the Ministry of Finance, which shall dispose of them.
وبهذا الصدد، تنص المادة 66 من القانون الأساسي المتعلق بالمخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية على أن الممتلكات المنقولة والعقارية، ورؤوس الأموال، والعربات، والسفن، والطائرات، والأجهزة، والمعدات، والأدوات وغير ذلك من الوسائل المستخدمة في ارتكاب الجرائم المنصوص عليها في المادة، بما فيها غسل الأموال، تُصادر وتوضع بموجب حكم نهائي بالإدانة تحت تصرف وزارة المالية.

وتنص كذلك المادة 66 من القانون الأساسي المتعلق بالمخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية على أن تصادر في جميع الحالات الأملاك المنقولة وغير المنقولة ورؤوس الأموال والمركبات والسفن والطائرات والأجهزة والمعدات والأدوات وغير ذلك مما يستخدم لارتكاب الجرائم المنصوص عليها في المادة المذكورة، والتي من بينها جريمة غسل الأموال المشار إليها في تشريعاتنا بعبارة “تشريع الأموال”، وتوضع تحت تصرف وزارة المالية بعد صدور حكم بات بذلك.
