Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) remains available to both men and women at a number of institutions among which are the Government Technical Institute, the Guyana Industrial Training Centre, the Guyana School of Agriculture, and the Carnegie School of Home Economics.

It will also be used to build up educational and vocational counselling and the assessment of workers' actual skills in collaboration with the Industrial Training Centre, this covering employees who have completed parts of structured vocational courses, and to support the functions of the Icelandic Confederation of Labour's Lifelong Learning Centre in the metropolitan area.
وسيُستخدَم التمويل أيضا لإقامة خدمة لإسداء المشورة التعليمية والمهنية وتقييم المهارات الفعلية للعاملين بالتعاون مع مركز التدريب الصناعي، وهذا يغطي الموظفين الذين أكملوا أجزاء من الدورات المهنية المنظمة، كما يستهدف دعم وظائف مركز التعليم مدى الحياة التابع للاتحاد الأيسلندي للعمل في المنطقة المتروبولية.
