  تنص المادة 11 من المرفق الأول للمرسوم 395/75، وهو المرسوم التنفيذي للقانون الوطني المتعلق بالأسلحة والمتفجرات 20-429، على ما يلي: ”تحمل جميع الأسلحة الحربية المصنوعة في البلد، بالإضافة إلى الاسم التجاري، أرقاما تسلسلية حسب صنف السلاح، توضع على أهم الأجزاء (الماسورة، والدرع، والمزلقة، والرتاج، والمخزن، الخ).
