Under Articles 184, 185, 186 and 302 of the Penal Code seizure of written communications, computer hardware and any other personal effects or documents not addressed to oneself, or of confidential information of a personal or family nature constitutes a punishable offence, as does any act involving the receiving of communications, such as intercepting or interrupting telegraphic or telephonic communications and interfering with and intervening in them, by means of technical devices to listen in on or to record such communications.
