Israel must refrain from actions that embitter the daily life of the inhabitants of the Palestinian territories, increase their economic hardship or induce a sense of humiliation or despair.
إن على إسرائيل أن تمتنع عن اتخاذ أي إجراءات تعكر صفو الحياة اليومية لسكان الأراضي الفلسطينية، أو تزيد من مشقة ظروفهم الاقتصادية أو تحدو بهم إلى الشعور بالذل أو اليأس.
