The expertise of Almiro Rodrigues in international criminal law and procedure and his interest in the law of minors and juveniles and above all his experience in the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia have convinced the signatories below that he meets the requirements of article 36 (3) of the Rome Statute to be elected as a judge of the International Criminal Court.
