- intentionally putting or admixing an object hazardous to human life or health in a well, spring, water mains or another installation intended for public use whereupon or whereby potable water is supplied (Article 349, paragraph 1);
- تعمد وضع أو مزج مادة ما تشكل خطرا على حياة الإنسان أو صحته في بئر أو نبع أو أنابيب المياه أو أي منشأة أخرى مخصصة للاستخدام العام وتستخدم لإمدادات مياه الشرب (الفقرة 1 من المادة 349)؛

(1) A person who deliberately introduces or admixes a dangerous to the life or health item in a well, spring, water-main, or other appliance designed for common use, wherefrom or whereby drinking water is drawn, shall be punished by deprivation of liberty from two to eight years.
(1) يعاقب بالحرمان من الحرية لمدة لا تقل عن سنتين ولا تزيد عن ثماني سنوات كل من تعمد وضع أو خلط مادة خطرة تهدد الحياة أو الصحة في بئر أو نبع أو أنبوب مياه رئيسي أو أية أداة أخرى معدة للاستخدام العام.
