« لا ينهاكم الله عن الذين لم يقاتلوكم » من الكفار « في الدين ولم يخرجوكم من دياركم أن تبروهم » بدل اشتمال من الذين « وتقسطوا » تفضوا « إليهم » بالقسط ، أي بالعدل وهذا قبل الأمر بجهادهم « إن الله يحب المقسطين » بالعادلين .

As it has already been mentioned the new Criminal Code of the Republic of Lithuania and Code of Criminal Procedure of the Republic of Lithuania, which have been harmonised with the EU law, provide legal measures to protect by penal law measures human and civil rights and freedoms, public and state interests from criminal acts; when protecting human and civil rights and freedoms as well as public and state interest, to detect criminal acts without delay and to identify and apply the relevant law to ensure that the person guilty of the commission of the criminal act be justly punished and no innocent person be punished.
وكما سبق وذُكر فإن القانون الجنائي الجديد وقانون الإجراءات الجنائية في الجمهورية، اللذين نُسّقا مع قوانين الاتحاد الأوروبي، ينصان على إجراءات صارمة تحمي، عن طريق تدابير قانون العقوبات، الحقوق المدنية وحقوق الإنسان وحرياته، والمصالح العامة والحكومية من الأعمال الإجرامية.
